1、首先通过pip安装的第三方库，一般都在python安装路径下的Lib\site-packages目录，这里可以通过pip安装一个第三方库看一下，如下图所示。
2、在命令行窗口中输入“pip install pands”，按回车键之后，可以看到成功安装了第三方库pands。
3、安装好第三方库之后，来找到它，进去F:\Install\python3.7\Lib\site-packages路径。
4、进去之后，可以看到刚刚安装的pands库，如下图所示。
5、最后点击pands库进去，可以查看里面内容，就完成了。

（1）找到你的 Python 安装目录，找到下面的 site-packages 文件夹，这个文件夹用于存放第三方库，而且也是环境变量路径（如果你在安装Python时勾选了写入环境变量的话，如果没有就自己加入进去即可）；
（2）将你自己的库文件放到这个文件夹里；
（3）之后就可以像使用其他库一样使用了，如import sys这种的；
（4）注意记住你自己的库文件名，且不要与已有第三方库和标准库重名。
