关于法律的问题之家教家长不给报酬
(1)你可以通过中介进行协商，也可以请求中介返还中介费，但不能要求中介负责支付家教费用，因本案中中介只收取微薄费用为劳务合同双方提供合作机会，劳务合同本身由楼主和家长自己协商订立，中介没有参与，没有订立合同就工作楼主本身就存在过失。
(2)家长拒不付钱，或以孩子考试成绩为借口进行推脱，拒不支付劳务费用，于法不合，楼主可以直接到法院起诉要求家长支付劳务费。但由于楼主同家长没有签订书面劳动合同，一切均为口头协议，诉讼时需要楼主提供以下证据：
a、师姐提供中介的证言；
b、约定工资支付数量或形式的证据；
c、最关键的一点，提供你确实为其提供家教服务的证据，例如人证、每天进出其小区的时间、录音、教过小孩的书证等一切可用于证明你们之间存在劳务合同关系的证据。
